Season to your taste.
I use garlic powder, pink rock salt, ground pepper, turmeric, dried chipotle pepper powder, season salt, and a little bit of liquid smoke.
Add about 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of water to the crock pot.
Quarter an onion.
Put that in your slow cooker and forget about that thing for the rest of the day.
This is impossible to mess up and tastes amazing.

Sometimes I eat this with buns and add BBQ sauce.
Goes great with eggs. Goes great with salads or other veggies.
This time I went for Taco Tuesday (yesterday) and ate mine in corn tortillas.
I top them with guacamole salsa. For even better tacos, add cilantro, onion, tomato, and other toppings to make your tacos however you want!
