A friend and I recently went to Tenka Ramen in Uptown, Minneapolis, MN.
A-MAZ-ING.
I got the “Number 2”. The broth was fragrant, salty, and delicious, the noodles had the perfect amount of “chew”, and the pork belly was smokey and juicy. The scallions and soft boiled egg round it all off into a delicious bowl! A great way to warm up on a cold MN day! Great little ramen spot!
