
Hello, my friends. No Workout of the Week post this week. I am deep in the muck with studying for my certification exam. It is a short work week for me, working Monday and Tuesday and then I am on “stay”vacation from Wednesday until next Monday. Next Monday I am taking my certification exam. I have about one week and two hours until test time right now. *Study-Mode: Activate*. Go-Go-Gadget-study-brain!
Study Goals
- Domain I – study Monday night
- Domain II – Study Tuesday night and Wednesday
- Domain III – Wednesday and Thursday
- Practice Test 1 – Wednesday morning
- Domain IV – Thursday and Friday
- Domain V – Friday and Saturday
- Practice Test 2 – Saturday
- All review – Saturday
- All review – Sunday
- Monday – Ace the Certification exam!
Workout Goals
DDPY Fatburner video
This DDPY Fatburner routine is a great quick workout. I will be doing this video every morning this week. Awesome routine. Workout goal 1 this week equals 5 days of DDPY Fat Burner.
Goal 2 is 4 days of 7k steps
Then I also want to get a few study break rounds of disc in, since I am on “vacation” I need to take a little time! I hope to get a round in on Wednesday, Friday, and then either Saturday or Sunday. Then I hope to get a round in on Monday after I ace the cert exam.
