During the busy work week I like convenience when making meals.
I don’t want to spend hours cooking.
I also like to eat a light dinner.
I really think I operate better with more food earlier in the day, and a smaller meal for dinner.
I have been buying frozen veggies in steam bags.
5 minutes in the microwave and they are ready to eat.
Here is an example of a quick and easy dinner that I like to eat on a week night
Ranch Cauliflower is Birdseye Steam bag – 310 calories in the whole bag.
I eat this with 4 or 5 Cherry tomatoes, Some Hummus, And some sliced meat
