Good Morning, my Friends! I hope everyone had an awesome week last week. The post this week is going to be short, but oh so sweet! It will talk about my weekend, and it will include my workout schedule for the upcoming week. To kick off the new week on the positive, this is the Workout Of The Week. This is The Dance W/Your Mom and Aunts (at your cousin’s wedding) Workout.
This weekend I drove up to Northern Minnesota to attend my cousin’s wedding. It was a small event at a family cabin. The day was perfect. The wedding was sweet. The people were awesome. The reception was a blast! It was a great weekend.
The reception dance was almost too much fun!
I danced with my mom, my aunts, and some other people. We had fun! The music was bumping. The beer and booze were flowing. The celebration of love and life was a thing I will not forget for a long time.
The food wasn’t half bad either.
I woke up today in the hotel. My “nephew-bro” and I watched the first half of the Vikings v. Saints game from London. Then I drove home. Because of all the driving, the post this week is pretty short. I am going to spend the rest of today out on a trail ruck, then relaxing, recovering, and watching football.
