I am still allergic to cats! But who can resist playing with a kitten? Not me! At least cats don’t give me asthma anymore; just puffy, red, itchy eyes if I pet them and accidentally touch my eye.
This Week’s Post
This week’s post is going to be a short one. I spent Sunday working on a few projects. Then spent the evening grilling burgers and chatting with a few friends.
I worked on the post a bit this morning. Then made my workout schedule.
Then I gave myself a long over-due haircut.

Next cleaned my car out. Cleaned up my apartment.
Finally, I started working on my plan for weighted kettlebags.
I ordered a set of two single soft kettle bags and another bigger sandbag. The sandbag hasn’t delivered yet and I fear my order might be lost. Working on that one!
So the post is light on content this week because I had a busy Sunday.
The Workout

The Warm-up
ALWAYS do a Dynamic warm-up before being exercise. I do this one from FightTips before pretty much everything and as part of my morning routine.
Mon, Wed, Fri
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will be doing three round shadowboxing tabata burners with weighted gloves. Combos, freestyle, some MMA kind of stuff. Throw in some kicks and knees.
Interval timer set to 8 intervals of 20 x 10. FIIT Principles. 80% max, or 8 out of 10, for 20 seconds, while doing shadowboxing moves. Then work at 50%, or 5 out of 10 for 10 seconds doing defensive style moves.
3 rounds. Minute break between rounds.
Mon and Wed: Core
There will also be a core workout video on Monday and Wednesday! This one from Fitness Blender is great!
Tues, Fri, and Sun
DDPY Sweating and Swearing video. #DiamondCuttersAreForDiscGolfers
Disc Golf
I plan to disc five days this week. Shorter course during the week and then a big course Saturday. #7kstepsaday
