Good Morning my friends! I hope everyone had a great week and weekend. To kick off the new week on the positive, this is The Workout of the Week, from GoodAttitudeFood.com. This is The (repeat) Sandbag Workout.
Pics of the Week
Over the past week, I disc golfed at some cool places. The coolest was Chain’s Edge DGC today. It was about an hour and a half drive. On a very loose gravel one way road outside Ogilvie, MN. This course was amazing! The only problem, it rained the whole time we played and it was kind of miserable. Despite the rain, a couple of Kids from The Crew and I made the best of it.

Chain’s Edge actually has three courses. Mushrooms everywhere. It is like an enchanted forest. We played The Red course. It was EPIC. If it wasn’t raining I would have played at least one of the two others.
This week I played some other awesome courses, made some great food, and took pics of it all! (Cooking a cut of brisket in my instant pot as I am typing this!)Check out the best of pictures from my adventures in the Pics of the Week video.

In The Post…
Being that I drove 3 hours today I don’t have much time to put together a workout. The Sandbag Workout last week was awesome! I lost 6 pounds over the week doing the workout. If aint broke, bruh!
Switch Days
I will just switch up the days. Do the Sandbag routine on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Then DDPY and shadowboxing tabata burners on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Warm-up
Do a dynamic warm-up. I do the one from FightTips as posted hundreds of times. This is the best way to avoid injury. I do the routine when I get up in the morning, warming up for disc golf or a workout, and before doing any other atheletic thing!
The Sandbag Post
Here is the sandbag workout in case you missed the moves last week!
Make It A Great Week!
There you have it, friends! That’s all I have this week. Thank you so much for reading! Thanks, FightTips for the warm-up. Thanks, DDPY for the awesomeness of DDPY. #DiamondCuttersAreForDiscGolfers
Until next time, be happy and healthy my friends! Be the hero or heroine in your story!
