Good Morning my friends! I hope everyone had an awesome week in the first work week of 2021. To kick off the second full week of 2021 on the positive, this is The Workout of the Week, from GoodAttitudeFood.com. This is The “Survivin'” Workout!
Scrolling through some tunes today I heard a song that kind of describes how I have been feeling…
The song is called “Survivin'”, by the band Bastille.

The world has gotten a little crazy for me lately. Some members of my family are dealing with personal issues that are stressful.
The entire world around everyone has been going through tons of stress, as I do not need to get into… We all know!
The word “normal” doesn’t describe much of what I have seen in months. I could go on and on about all the bad stuff. To be honest, it’s all gotten me in a bit of a funk lately.
Even So… We’re Survivin’
Even with all the things going on, I am surviving. My family and friends are surviving. The world is surviving.
Keep a Positive Attitude
One of the hardest things for me right now is keeping my positive attitude. I know what negative talk and negative self-talk are. Lately, I catch myself with more and more negative self-talk and negative thoughts. I keep reminding myself to not go down that road. I know I have to work to keep my positive attitude.
The founding principle in which I try to live my life is that in all the things in this world that I cannot control, my attitude is the one thing I can control. My attitude in life will set the tone for my life. Having a positive attitude is a choice. In the world of uncontrollables, attitude is the tool that changes everything. Attitude is 100% controllable.

The workout this week is a repeat routine and schedule from last week. See last week’s post for full workout. It’s two days of DDPY, three bike rides, two days of Rucking, and two days with Sandbag Tabata burners! I got my workout schedule ready for the new week!
