Good morning, my friends. I hope everyone had an awesome week last week. The post this week will be quick, it’s Superbowl Sunday, and I got a party to go to! It will include a quick easy instant pot nacho recipe and my workout schedule for the upcoming week. So to kick off the new week on the positive, this is The Workout of the Week. This is The Easy Nacho Recipe Workout from GoodAttitudeFood.com.
It’s Superbowl Sunday. My Vikes are obviously not playing, so I don’t care much who wins. I care about TheFood!
Today I am making a quick and easy nacho dip in my instant pot. Let’s get into it!
The Food! Easy Nacho Recipe

The Ingredients – Easy Nacho Recipe
2 – yellow onions | 1 – carrot |
2 – stalks of celery | 4 – Thai peppers |
1 – serrano pepper | some fresh rosemary rough chopped |
3 – cloves of garlic | 1 – 1lb package of ground beef |
1/2 brick of Velveeta | 1 – 8oz package of cream cheese |
About 1 cup of shredded cheddar | 2 – cans of diced tomato |
1 – can of diced hot jalapenos | about 1 to 2 cups of water |
1 cup of chicken stock | 1 – 12oz can/bottle of beer |
The Steps – Easy Nacho Recipe
- Wash and chop all the veg
- Sautee all the veg – Instant Pot on Sautee, normal, 30 minutes
- Add THE BEEF! – Sautee, normal, till browned
- Add all the rest of the ingredients – chicken stock, Velveeta, cream cheese, garlic, rosemary, all “the hots”, the tomato, I am using some secret aardvark hot sauce, shredded cheddar, some water as needed. OOOH, add the Beer now too!
- Let all that heat up for a couple of minutes while stirring.
- Switch the Instant Pot to pressure cook on regular for 10 minutes. Secure the lid. Let it vent when the cooking time is done.
- Serve the nacho dip with chips!

On To The Workout Schedule

Daily Warmup and 7K Steps Most Days
I am continuing my daily warmup and the count to 100 days of doing the routine. I did take a recovery day this past Friday and didn’t do the warmup that day. The count is at 26 days of doing The Warmup since I started. I will be continuing the routine this week.
I also have the goal of getting at least seven thousand steps on most days. After work, on most days, I will try to get out and go for a hike or ruck, and I plan to go on some longer ventures over the weekend. #7kstepsaday
Mon, Wed, Fri
On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I will repeat the double RBFTBs and double heavy bag Tabata routine from last week.
Tue, Thu, Sat
On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I will be riding along to a Global Cycling Network spin bike video like this one:
On these same days, I will also be doing the next video in this year’s 30 Days of Yoga from Yoga With Adriene.
Ok, Wrap It Up, Dude
There you have it, my friends. Thank you so much for reading. A special thanks to Global Cycling Network and Yoga With Adriene for the awesome free workout videos. I have a super bowl party to go to, some prop bets to place, this nacho recipe to make, and a game to watch (kind of maybe commercials more!). Until next time, be happy and healthy. Be the hero or heroine in your story.
